Doc Bar's legendary status lies in his ability to produce top cutting and performance horses, as his own
performance record is not much to speak of.  He was a failure on the race track, but a stand out in the Halter ring.
 Doc Bar has become a leading sire of cutting winners of over $9,102,255, and also the leading paternal grandsire
of earnings over $5,546,771.  Not a bad record for a retired Halter horse!
