Dottie is our first homebred doe kid sired by Merlin, she will freshen in late April and is
bred to another of our homebred kids from 2010, Shenanigans. We are expecting her to
freshen nicely considering her bloodlines.
She is a very sweet and friendly doe kid and with good length & depth of body, a great
shoulder, nice topline & wonderful Nubian character. She has that thin dairy skin that is so
highly sought after, and her dam has an udder that milks down like a glove, so we're
hoping she'll be the same. She has much more bone than her dam and she is just overall
an extremely lovely doe. She proved it her first time out in Coffeyville, where she placed
1st in her class. We will definitely be taking her out in 2011 as a first freshening yearling,
she just keeps getting better and better.
